3. 插接装置设有机械联锁和电气联锁，安全可靠，
当插头插入前，开关只能处在分断位置，手柄不
能被操作，当插头插牢后，手柄才能操作到接通
位置，并且插头不能被拔出；
4. 钢管或电缆布线。
